In celebration of BT20, we wanted to take this moment and highlight important relationships that have made this milestone possible. Corey Chan, one of BrokerTeam’s five founders, tells BT’s story from the very beginning: #EmpoweringDreams<\/strong> and nurturing talent from the get-go.<\/p>\n

Our insurance brokerage began with a simple but powerful vision: to provide honest, personalized insurance solutions while building lasting relationships. Founded by 5 partners, we started with a shared belief in doing business the right way \u2014 putting people first, staying transparent, and always delivering on our promises.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning, we knew that our strength would come from our people. That\u2019s why we built a culture focused on nurturing talent. We invest in our team\u2019s growth through mentorship, continuous learning, and leadership opportunities. We believe that when people are supported and inspired, they do their best work \u2014 and that spirit of encouragement has shaped who we are.<\/p>\n

Over the years, what started as a small, tight-knit team has grown into a thriving organization. We\u2019ve expanded our reach, diversified our services, and embraced innovation \u2014 but we\u2019ve never lost sight of what matters most: empowering each other to achieve more. Our success is deeply rooted in collaboration, integrity, and a shared commitment to making BrokerTeam to service our clients right across Canada.<\/p>\n
