In celebration of BT20, we wanted to take this moment and highlight important relationships that have made this milestone possible. Royle Leung, BT’s founder, speaks about the reason for BrokerTeam’s longevity: our people.<\/p>\n

Celebrating 20 Years of BrokerTeam: A Light Boat Through Ten Thousand Mountains<\/p>\n

As BrokerTeam marks its 20th anniversary, I am filled with deep appreciation and quiet pride. It has been an extraordinary journey\u2014from the early days of shaping a new brokerage model to watching it grow into a trusted name within the communities we serve.<\/p>\n

What moves me most is witnessing how many of our people have grown\u2014both personally and professionally\u2014during their time with BrokerTeam. Some have stayed and become pillars of our organization; others have ventured onward, continuing to make meaningful contributions across the insurance industry. That growth and continuity speak volumes about the culture and foundation we\u2019ve built together.<\/p>\n

BrokerTeam has never been just about policies and premiums\u2014it has always been about people. People who share the values of service, integrity, and community. People who embrace change, learn from experience, and lead with purpose. Along the way, we\u2019ve made our share of mistakes\u2014and turned those lessons into lasting strengths.<\/p>\n

Now, from a new vantage point in retirement, I often reflect on the line:<\/p>\n

Having passed through ten thousand mountains, the light boat has become a vessel.<\/p>\n

To me, it captures our spirit\u2014resilient, steady, and always moving forward. We have navigated challenges, embraced transformation, and continue to glide toward new horizons.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to everyone who has been part of this remarkable 20-year voyage. May BrokerTeam continue to grow and inspire for many more years to come.<\/p>\n
