When I first started my career as an insurance broker, my focus was simple: to serve clients with honesty, dedication, and care. Over time, I discovered something even more powerful—the ability to inspire and uplift those around me. That belief, shared by my partners, led the five of us to open BrokerTeam with a vision of helping people grow, both personally and professionally.

At BrokerTeam, I see potential in people before they see it in themselves. My greatest satisfaction comes from mentoring the next generation, encouraging them to dream bigger, and giving them the tools, support, and confidence to make those dreams a reality. We built this company to be a place where belief fuels action, where determination turns challenges into opportunities, and where passion drives people to do their best—no matter the obstacles.
