It has been my privilege to witness the growth and development of BrokerTeam. Having spent nearly 20 years here, I have gathered countless memories that I will always treasure.
With passion and the courage to pursue their dreams, our five founders built a strong and meaningful platform—one that created space for growth, expanded new business opportunities, and provided employees with valuable chances to learn and develop. Along this journey, I have worked hard to equip myself, embraced challenges, and taken every opportunity to try new things.
These 20 years have not only been about the company’s growth, but also about my own. BrokerTeam has shaped me into a better version of myself. Following the company’s culture of sharing and passing on, I’ve had the privilege of discovering the potential in colleagues, sharing opportunities and knowledge with them, and walking alongside them as they challenged themselves and pursued their dreams.
Looking ahead, I will continue to play my small but meaningful role—like a cog in the wheel—supporting this great ship as it moves forward, grows, and sails bravely through new waves.
