Embarking on a journey is often filled with uncertainty, but when that path is illuminated by a guiding light, dreams transform into reality. In 2007, I took my steps into the insurance world with BrokerTeam Insurance, a company that not only opened its doors to me but also its heart. The ethos of “Empowering Dreams Together” wasn’t just a slogan; it was a lived experience that resonated through every interaction and opportunity.
Over a decade, I was immersed in an environment that championed innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. The leadership at BrokerTeam fostered a culture where change was embraced, and new ideas were the lifeblood of our progress. This nurturing atmosphere ignited my entrepreneurial spirit, leading me to establish ETC Insurance in 2017 under the supportive umbrella of BrokerTeam Group.
Reflecting on this journey, I am filled with gratitude for the mentors and colleagues who believed in my vision and provided the tools to bring it to fruition. As BrokerTeam celebrates its 20th anniversary, I am reminded of the countless dreams that have been empowered and the futures that have been shaped. Together, we’ve built more than businesses; we’ve built a community rooted in trust, ambition, and shared success.
Looking ahead, I am invigorated by the possibilities that await. With the same spirit of empowerment and collaboration, I am committed to fostering new dreams, supporting emerging talents, and contributing to the legacy of excellence that BrokerTeam embodies.
